Manage end-to-end accounts payable and payment processes across international entities. Responsibilities include invoice review, approvals, payment initiation, vendor reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, FX review, intercompany transactions, and financial controls. The role also supports budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, process improvements, and treasury initiatives while coordinating with finance and business stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Prepares group consolidations, entity books, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, regulatory filings, and management reporting under US GAAP. Supports month-end and year-end close, technical accounting research, internal controls, audits, tax reporting, intercompany accounting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and accounting policy development. The role also improves accounting and MIS systems and presents financial insights to executives, stakeholders, and board members.

The US Lawyer will establish Wahed's US private client legal offering, focusing on Wills, probate, trusts, and Islamic legacy planning. Responsibilities include developing legal frameworks, drafting documents, advising on regulations, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliant and client-friendly services.
