Lead Wahed’s US growth strategy, market expansion, customer acquisition, product launches, regulatory relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. Manage multidisciplinary teams, identify revenue opportunities, analyze market and customer trends, ensure compliance, and report operational and financial performance to the executive team. The role requires fintech or financial services experience, strong leadership and project management skills, regulatory knowledge, and familiarity with Islamic finance preferred.

Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and recurring reports while supporting strategic decisions across the business. Build KPI dashboards, automate financial workflows using scripts and low-code tools, improve reporting processes, and provide insights to leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams. The role partners closely with the Finance Director in a rapidly scaling fintech environment.

Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue through data-driven growth marketing. Develop landing pages, content, tools, and campaigns across email, social, SEO/SEM, content, and paid channels. Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance, run A/B tests, optimize conversion rates, and apply the AARRR framework across the user lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable growth in the fintech industry.
