Designs, programs, tests, commissions, and supports PLC-based automation, SCADA, and HMI systems for aluminum casting equipment. Collaborates with multidisciplinary project teams and customers, creates electrical design documentation, troubleshoots hardware and software, provides technical direction, supports commissioning, and conducts design and post-commissioning reviews. Periodic domestic and international travel to customer sites is required.

Organize, classify, inspect, transmit, scan, route, track, and maintain project documents and records. Prepare transmittal letters, fulfill document requests, package records for contractors, and support AT Sales with administrative tasks. Coordinate with contractor records personnel and shop-floor employees while following company procedures, statutory requirements, and safety protocols.

Manages the Automated Systems Engineering and Design Group, overseeing staff, schedules, budgets, quality, documentation, and compliance. Leads electrical engineering and automation projects, including PLC, SCADA, and HMI design and programming for aluminum-processing equipment. Serves as the primary technical customer contact, supports commissioning and troubleshooting, develops design standards, and contributes to production engineering, employee development, and continuous improvement. Periodic domestic and international travel to customer sites is required.
