Own financial close, consolidated reporting, audits, controls, tax and investor reporting. Optimize QuickBooks and lead ERP selection, improve billing and revenue processes, introduce AI and automation into accounting, and build a scalable accounting team and control framework. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.

Own and improve Wagmo’s AI-powered claims automation pipeline, reducing processing costs while preserving accuracy and expanding automated claim resolution. Design modular, testable stages with evaluation gates, ship production LLM features, and make model and cost-quality tradeoffs. Partner with Product on priorities, review and deploy code independently, process veterinary records, and maintain a reliable system handling real claims and payments.

Own and expand Wagmo’s AI-powered claims automation pipeline. The Senior Software Engineer will improve model routing, reduce processing costs, increase automation accuracy, modularize and evaluate pipeline stages, and ship production AI features that support real financial claims decisions. The role requires strong Python skills, experience with production LLM systems, system refactoring, model-cost tradeoffs, and close collaboration with Product.
