Lead end-to-end operations for the Accelerate program, managing venture journeys, SLAs, dashboards, partner onboarding, and cross-team coordination. Drive process improvements, platform operations, portfolio health tracking, budget support, and ensure quality, governance, and timely program delivery.

Lead identification, engagement, and scaling of high-potential SMBs in the hub. Build partnerships with industry bodies, corporates, and government; support market access, pilots, and public procurement; connect SMBs to grants, impact investments and alternative financing; track growth metrics and develop case studies; run investor matchmaking and ecosystem insights.
