Maintain and monitor enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, SD‑WAN and Wi‑Fi devices, support network escalations, manage DNS and server administration, document configurations, and travel to offices for installations and support.

Lead delivery of complex IT projects (cloud, infrastructure, security, enterprise systems); manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and cross-team communication; improve delivery processes and support hybrid team operations.

Support HR team with end-to-end onboarding, pre-employment screening, benefits administration, I-9/E-Verify processing, HRIS data maintenance (UKG/Lever/DocuSign), personnel file management, reporting, LMS data entry, communications, and process improvement. Provide administrative People Services support and assist offboarding and audit preparation.
