Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models, perform ETL with Power Query, reconcile and validate financial data, automate workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps, apply DAX/SQL/Python or R for advanced analytics, and partner with finance leadership to deliver executive insights and identify efficiency opportunities.

Lead Wade Trim's Power Group by overseeing Area Leads and project delivery to meet profitability and growth targets. Manage staffing, performance, quality, and resource planning; drive business development, technology adoption (including AI), and strategic initiatives. Serve as visible leader to clients and internal stakeholders; ensure compliance with firm standards and foster talent development.

Design and support natural gas infrastructure projects including distribution mains, transmission pipelines, metering/regulating facilities, site and trenchless designs, permit/spec preparation, cost estimating, construction plan development, on-site observations, client coordination, and proposal assistance.
