Wachter seeks organized Project Coordinators to assist in project execution, manage tasks such as scheduling and material ordering, and support communication efforts for project success.

Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers for multiple projects: dispatching, scheduling, billing, purchasing, maintaining project files, coordinating installations with technicians/engineers, updating stakeholders on status, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Produce branded, accessible training and presentation assets (e-learning modules, videos, captions, slides, animations). Turn SME content into reusable, SCORM-ready deliverables, standardize templates and workflows, ensure brand and accessibility compliance, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
