Manages low-voltage and construction technology projects, including scheduling, billing, permitting, documentation, bid estimation, invoices, inspections, and project files. Coordinates with project managers, municipalities, government agencies, and field teams to secure permits and resolve issues. Supports operational logistics, data collection, process improvements, resource delegation, and compliance with project safety requirements. Handles multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, organization, customer communication, and timely completion.

Works with stakeholders to identify valuable business problems and direct AI-assisted development of internal applications, automations, agents, integrations, reporting, and data pipelines. Owns solutions through testing, documentation, deployment, onboarding, and support. Builds Claude capabilities using MCP servers, connectors, skills, and agent workflows. Provides employee enablement and coaching, follows AI governance standards, and measures adoption and business impact.

Designs and operates an internal Azure and hybrid platform supporting application deployment across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include managing Windows and Linux hosts, Hyper-V, Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security compliance, documentation, and incident response. The role also supports self-service tooling, automation, platform adoption, and continuous improvement.
