Responsibilities include scheduling, material ordering, technician dispatch, cost and task tracking, project files, billing support, bid evaluation, estimating, logistics, and communication with field staff. The coordinator assists project managers, manages small complex projects under supervision, and ensures quality, professionalism, and OSHA safety compliance.

Manage complex remodel projects from bidding and planning through execution and closeout. Responsibilities include developing budgets and timelines, tracking progress, managing project financials, coordinating vendors and cross-functional teams, procuring materials, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
