Manages low-voltage projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Responsibilities include staffing, bids, proposals, procurement, scheduling, billing, forecasting, audits, project documentation, technician routing, customer coordination, site surveys, training, and stakeholder communication. The role also supports estimating opportunities and ensures compliance with company and OSHA requirements.

Manage Salesforce opportunity intake, qualification, classification, and routing across internal departments. Review RFPs, technical specifications, and installation scopes to identify requirements, deadlines, responsibilities, and project fit. Use approved AI tools to analyze documents and support data-driven triage. Collaborate with sales and operations, maintain accurate pipeline data, and apply knowledge of networking, physical security, audiovisual, and electrical systems while meeting quality and deadline expectations.

Lead remodel projects from inception through closeout: plan, estimate/bid, manage budgets/schedules/scope, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, procure materials, perform on-site coordination, maintain customer communication, and ensure OSHA safety compliance.
