Lead and manage all aspects of datacenter construction projects including cost control, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, quality control, safety leadership, contract negotiation, and coordination with architects, inspectors, and owners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Lead all phases of a large federal construction project, acting as the primary client liaison with USACE/NAVFAC. Oversee schedule, cost control, subcontractors, quality, safety (EM 385-1-1), federal compliance, reporting, inspections, and procurement to ensure timely, compliant, and profitable project delivery.

Lead and coordinate quality activities on construction projects, develop and enforce project-specific quality management plans, perform inspections and audits, manage NCRs and submittals, chair QC meetings, train teams on quality risks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance to deliver code-conforming work.
