Supports construction project accounting through owner pay applications, subcontractor invoice processing, payment workflows, lien waiver and compliance tracking, job-cost reconciliation, project closeout, and audit support. Coordinates with project managers, subcontractors, clients, Accounts Payable, and National Accounting to maintain accurate financial records and timely payments. Manages project setup, billing documentation, cost codes, joint venture reconciliations, and construction compliance requirements.

The role collaborates with project managers, subcontractors, clients, Accounts Payable, and National Accounting to meet billing, payment, audit, and project closeout deadlines.

Provides strategic HR leadership across multiple regions, partnering with executives to align people strategy with business objectives. Oversees organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, compliance, talent management, HR operations, leadership development, and enterprise change initiatives. Leads HR teams, standardizes practices, strengthens organizational capability, and drives continuous improvement and employee engagement.
