Manages and grows strategic business accounts while acquiring new customers within an assigned territory. Develops retention and expansion plans, conducts customer reviews, prospects for new business, and sells connectivity, UCaaS, and managed technology solutions. Maintains CRM records, forecasts, and sales activity while meeting revenue goals. Partners with sales engineering, operations, and implementation teams. The role is primarily field-based with regular local travel.
