The Pharmacist In Charge oversees outpatient retail and specialty pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, medication verification and dispensing, purchasing, inventory control, billing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, patient education, medication therapy management, reporting, and pharmaceutical information support. The role also manages pharmacy staff, collaborates with healthcare providers and leadership, and ensures adherence to professional, ethical, state, and federal standards.

Manages daily pharmacy operations at a community healthcare center retail pharmacy. Supervises pharmacists and technicians, ensures legal and accreditation compliance, provides staff training and drug information to providers, updates drug-therapy guidelines, maintains records and reports, and supports collaborative team-based patient care.

Leads client-facing Epic data acquisition engagements, designing extraction methods, interface specifications, and mappings to a canonical data model. Works with Epic, IT, operations, analytics, and 340B stakeholders to deliver validated clinical, pharmacy, scheduling, referral, and provider data. Oversees Clarity, Caboodle, reporting, HL7, FHIR, and SFTP integrations; ensures HIPAA and 340B compliance; resolves complex integration issues; establishes standards and playbooks; and mentors analysts. The role is remote within the continental US and includes travel to client health system sites.
