Provides in-person and phone-based member service, identifies financial needs, opens and maintains accounts, processes transactions and loan applications, and recommends deposit, credit, insurance, and investment solutions. Builds consumer and business relationships through discovery conversations, outbound calls, referrals, follow-up, and cross-selling. Resolves member concerns, performs specialized account services, supports campaigns, and maintains regulatory compliance, professionalism, and risk awareness.

Supports Financial Advisors by generating leads, developing client relationships, gathering financial information, assisting with investment planning and account opening, preparing sales and marketing materials, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role includes member referrals, client issue resolution, staff training, business development, and completion of required licensing and training to advance into a Financial Advisor position.
