Two-year rotational management development program for internal employees and recent graduates. Associates rotate through banking functions including member services, lending, risk and compliance, finance, investments, marketing, strategy, human resources, and IT/analytics. The program develops business acumen, leadership, analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with final placement aligned to candidate strengths and organizational needs.

Leads enterprise-wide commercial and small-business banking sales through geographically dispersed business and commercial banking teams. Responsibilities include driving loan and deposit growth, coaching managers and bankers, developing sales plans, structuring complex credit solutions, integrating branch and business banking strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and attracting and retaining talent. The role also oversees commercial loan production, relationship acquisition, performance management, training, risk controls, and cross-channel business development.

Provides in-person and phone-based member service while identifying needs, recommending credit union products, processing transactions and account openings, handling loan applications, and resolving issues. The role focuses on building consumer and business relationships, cross-selling financial solutions, conducting outbound calls, educating members, maintaining compliance, and supporting sales and community initiatives.
