The Relationship Specialist I ensures excellent member experiences through communication, relationship building, and sales of financial solutions while supporting multiple branch locations.

Support the BSA/AML Manager in monitoring and investigating AML/CIP/OFAC risks, review account opening and CDD, prepare CTR filings, process sanctions and watchlist hits, assist case development, recommend process and system improvements, and provide training and cross-team collaboration to maintain regulatory compliance.
