The AVP manages Recovery Strategy & Sales, overseeing debt recovery efforts, agency management, compliance with regulations, and team leadership to enhance member solutions and achieve financial goals.

Provide excellent in-person and phone member service, identify needs through discovery questions, cross-sell deposit/credit/insurance/investment solutions, handle account transactions and basic loan processing, perform member support services, and proactively engage members to grow relationships and booked sales while maintaining compliance and risk awareness.
