Responsibilities include launch strategy, readiness assessments, governance, cross-functional alignment, risk management, executive client partnership, team coaching, business development, and practice development. The role partners with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and executive stakeholders to deliver successful product launches.
