Manage financial performance of individual projects: produce forecasts, cashflow reports, and project financial reporting. Control procurement/subcontractor costs, investigate variances, support journal entries, and liaise with project teams, clients, and finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely payments.

Coordinate and allocate blue-collar workforce for projects, align labour with budgets and forecasts, create headcount models, produce labour reports and management information, liaise with HR, planners, PMs and resourcing teams, and design workforce tracking methods to optimise productivity and fill gaps.

Provide 1st line IT support for head office, London office and a site: application support (SAP B1, cloud/hosted apps), Office 365 and Windows client troubleshooting, hardware provisioning, mobile/iPhone support, and coordinate with external IT team on Active Directory, LAN/WAN/VPN and RDS issues.
