Own the company’s IT infrastructure, Microsoft cloud environment, cybersecurity, support operations, integrations, and internal tooling. Build AI-powered applications, automations, APIs, dashboards, and agents; administer networks, servers, endpoints, backups, and security systems; provide technical support; manage vendors; and lead technology adoption across the organization. This is an onsite, hands-on role in Austin focused on improving reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

The VP Operations leads the digital and operational technology agenda, overseeing IT, cybersecurity, AI products, and operational excellence in manufacturing.

Design and implement automated systems in water treatment, collaborate with teams, conduct feasibility studies, maintain documentation, and troubleshoot systems.
