Sell VusionGroup IoT and SaaS solutions to independent retailers and regional chains. Prospect new and installed-base clients, manage CRM, nurture client relationships, coordinate post-sale follow-up with internal teams, provide competitor feedback, and support local implementation of sales strategies.

Lead technical solution architecture, design, testing and PoCs for the VusionGroup platform in retail accounts. Guide customers to realize platform value, collaborate with sales and internal teams, support RFP/negotiation, update CRM, coach stakeholders, and travel to client sites as needed.

Provide first- and second-line support for VusionGroup solutions: handle support tickets, troubleshoot system, network and software issues, assist with installation/configuration, liaise with customers/partners and 3rd-level support, document processes and produce reports.
