Own the technical product management of IoT infrastructure across hardware, connectivity, wireless communication, and software platforms. Translate customer and business needs into technical requirements and priorities, coordinate R&D and cross-functional stakeholders, and guide solutions from concept through launch and lifecycle management. Ensure infrastructure is scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable while supporting technical customer and sales discussions.

Provide customer and partner support by resolving issues, managing tickets, coordinating fixes with third-level support, responding through phone and email, assisting with solution installation and configuration, troubleshooting system, network, and software problems, analyzing inquiries, and documenting processes. The role requires strong customer communication, initiative, teamwork, German proficiency at C1 level, English skills, and willingness to travel.

Design and maintain scalable telemetry data pipelines, models, and workflows using Azure and Snowflake. Process device data for analytics and reporting, collaborate with analysts, and improve data architecture, quality, observability, governance, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and reliability.
