Leads distributed rapid-response engineering teams across the US, UK, and APAC. The role oversees people development, hiring, prioritization, customer and pre-sales requests, backend maintenance, incident response, engineering quality, and follow-the-sun support. It partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering leadership to translate customer needs into reliable technical solutions while balancing urgent work with long-term fixes.

Designs, builds, and operates secure, scalable cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational systems. Owns infrastructure architecture, provisioning, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automation, observability, reliability, cost optimization, and incident response. Leads SRE practices, resolves complex production issues, supports distributed systems and microservices, and collaborates with Product and Engineering teams. Participates in on-call rotations and drives durable solutions that improve platform availability and performance.

Build and run sales enablement programs covering onboarding, ramp training, coaching, pipeline and CRM discipline, product knowledge, competitive intelligence, and sales content. Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve rep productivity, maintain enablement materials, structure content for AI-assisted retrieval, and measure impact through ramp time, win rates, content usage, and pipeline hygiene metrics.
