Operate loaders, excavators, haul trucks, dozers, graders, and other heavy equipment in a quarry environment. Responsibilities include loading and moving materials, maintaining haul roads and work areas, conducting equipment inspections, performing basic maintenance checks, reporting safety or mechanical issues, and supporting stockpile management and plant feeding. The role requires adherence to MSHA and workplace safety regulations, teamwork, accurate documentation, and the ability to work in varying weather and terrain conditions.

Develops and manages customer relationships in the construction industry, generates and qualifies leads, prepares quotes and product recommendations, delivers sales presentations, provides technical support, resolves customer issues, and coordinates with plant and operations teams. Reviews financial performance, researches market conditions, supports strategic goals, tracks sales results, and identifies growth opportunities. Frequent daytime travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Supervises accounting staff and oversees financial transaction controls, general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and timely month-end, quarterly, and year-end closes. Reviews financial workpapers, analyzes operating results, enforces accounting policies and regulations, resolves transaction issues, and drives process improvements. The role also supports hiring, training, employee development, cross-functional communication, and accurate financial reporting while applying GAAP and maintaining confidentiality.
