Office-based internal sales role serving as the first customer contact for engineering steel, stainless steel, and aluminium products. Responsibilities include handling inbound enquiries, outbound customer calls, order processing, quoting, customer follow-up, relationship management, sales support, stock and inventory assistance, and general administration. The role requires on-site availability Monday to Friday, attention to detail, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Supports customers through phone, email, and in-person enquiries; prepares quotes, processes sales orders, confirms stock, and maintains customer relationships. Performs warehouse duties including picking, packing, dispatching, receiving stock, stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory record maintenance. Requires internal sales or customer service experience, computer literacy, physical fitness, and legal work eligibility in New Zealand.
