Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, stock counting, storing stock, and loading/unloading trucks. Maintain health and safety standards and operate a forklift. Work Monday–Friday daytime shift; successful candidates will complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Handle inbound phone and face-to-face sales enquiries, prepare sales quotes and orders, propose suitable solutions for customers, and deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Plan and schedule production to meet delivery deadlines, coordinate materials and teams, monitor progress and adjust schedules, maintain production records, identify bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements, and liaise across procurement, warehouse, and production to ensure efficient operations.
