Customer-focused internal sales role handling enquiries, quotes, and orders by phone, email, and in person. Build and maintain customer relationships, prepare accurate quotes, process orders, update customer records, support branch operations and the sales team, and follow safe work practices.

Warehouse/storeperson role handling picking and packing orders, counting and checking stock, put-away, unloading/loading trucks, and general operational duties. Forklift/side loader experience preferred. Must lift up to 20kg, follow health and safety, complete a pre-employment drug screen, and be eligible to work in Australia.

Handle inbound phone and face-to-face sales enquiries, prepare sales quotes and orders, propose suitable solutions for customers, and deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
