Define product strategy, prioritize customer problems, lead continuous discovery, guide features from concept through launch, track outcomes, and maintain product health. Lead a cross-functional product trio with design and engineering, represent the team to stakeholders and customers, and use AI for prototyping, documentation, and product development.

Design and deliver scalable B2C and B2B commerce solutions for enterprise clients. Translate business requirements into architectures and implementation plans, support project delivery, identify technical risks, facilitate strategy workshops, and advise technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and implementation partners while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and expected business outcomes.
