Conduct hands-on nanomaterial deposition using VSParticle spark ablation to develop and optimize nano-porous thin films for MEMS gas sensors. Characterize morphology, composition and structure, analyze results, assist sensor integration and testing, and collaborate with partners including occasional travel for electrical characterization and validation.

Design, test, and troubleshoot high-frequency (10+ MHz), high-voltage/high-current power electronics. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation. Support motor control, PLC integration, EMC resolution, component selection, prototype integration, and scale-up to production with cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end sales for equipment and deposition services, drive revenue growth, manage strategic accounts, close high-value technical B2B deals, collaborate with product, marketing and operations, shape pricing and product roadmaps, and support customer technology adoption through demos and partnership building.
