Serve as a trusted advisor to optical practices by analyzing performance data, identifying operational and sales improvements, recommending strategies for assortment, pricing, and workflow, delivering training and resources, presenting dashboards versus benchmarks, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to drive revenue, efficiency, capture rates, and long-term member satisfaction.

Lead and oversee the Internal Audit function, setting audit strategy and annual plans, delivering assurance and consulting across financial, operational, IT, and compliance domains. Manage investigations and the SIU, communicate findings to senior leaders and the Board, maintain quality assurance, control budgets, drive audit efficiency (including AI opportunities), and develop high-performing audit teams through hiring, coaching, and succession planning.

Manage and cultivate relationships with providers, retail chains, and partners to drive adoption of vision care programs. Ensure provider data integrity, resolve network and escalated issues, negotiate provider arrangements, analyze practice documentation, and act as a communication focal point. Serve as an internal resource to support strategic initiatives, client needs, and operational goals across an assigned region.
