Leads enterprise and executive communications strategies across internal and external channels. Develops content and marketing communications programs, advises senior leaders, manages agencies and partner teams, oversees budgets and resources, analyzes market trends and program performance, and mentors communications professionals. The role requires strategic planning, technical writing, public relations, brand management, executive communication, program leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Builds and maintains reliable, scalable data pipelines for enterprise analytics. Responsibilities include data integration, transformation, profiling, quality monitoring, metadata management, SQL development, data mapping, ETL/ELT, testing, documentation, and performance optimization. Collaborates with analytics, warehousing, database, technology, and business teams in agile environments to deliver fault-tolerant solutions across legacy, cloud, web, and packaged data sources.

Manages centralized operations for current and acquired optometric practices, including people, processes, practice management software, supply chain, vendors, inventory, pricing, revenue cycle, and credentialing. Drives operational efficiency, process improvement, software administration, workforce planning, budgeting, and growth across multiple locations. Requires optical industry knowledge, management experience, KPI expertise, and the ability to travel 30%.
