Provide exceptional customer service and drive store sales by dispensing eyeglass prescriptions, fitting lenses and frames, taking optical measurements, recommending lenses/coatings, supporting managed vision care plans, executing local marketing, and fostering positive relationships with customers, doctors, hosts, and associates.

Handle provider and office staff service requests, triage provider support calls, maintain provider data and directories, and support credentialing and recredentialing processes. Coordinate with providers, practices, and internal teams, prepare committee meeting minutes, assist with audit documentation (NCQA/client standards), and perform quality assurance reviews.

Provide escalated customer education and assistance across lines of business via phone and written channels. Resolve complex inquiries (billing, orders, eligibility, e-commerce, shipping), document interactions, identify trends, recommend policy/knowledgebase updates, coach CSRs, and escalate broader issues. May troubleshoot technical problems and perform audits or grievance support depending on line of business.
