Teams at VSP Vision Care

Monitors workforce management and timekeeping systems, schedules agents, audits timecards, tracks attendance exceptions, manages vacation allotments, and optimizes breaks and lunches. Resolves workforce management mailbox requests, identifies shrink and schedule-adherence trends, escalates schedule impacts, and supports customer service systems. Partners with leadership on timekeeping, accommodations, occurrence tracking, and process improvements.

Sells and services eyewear products by managing existing accounts, developing prospects, building business relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Creates sales strategies, identifies customer needs, presents product solutions, maintains product knowledge, communicates market feedback, coordinates with internal teams, and prepares sales reports. Requires extensive travel, a clean driving record, and applicable agent licensing.

Leads enterprise risk management and business resilience, including risk assessments, business continuity, crisis management, risk appetite, issue oversight, aligned assurance, strategic risk analysis, and executive and Board reporting. Manages risk teams, strengthens governance frameworks, coordinates with Internal Audit and other control functions, oversees exercises and incident escalation, and embeds risk and resilience practices across the enterprise.
