Provide HR advice and counsel to managers and employees on policies, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and corrective actions. Partner with business units on organizational development, deliver training, support HR projects, and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.

The Senior Financial Analyst conducts complex financial analyses, assists in budget preparation and forecasting, and recommends improvements for financial performance and processes.

Lead and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and governance for large complex projects. Develop project charters, cost-benefit and ROI analyses, schedules, budgets, and risk plans. Track results, communicate status to stakeholders, escalate issues with solutions, mentor other project managers, and ensure lessons learned and appropriate resourcing.
