Provides Tier 1 technical support for NAVFAC Cloud users and Mission Owners. Manages tickets and incidents across phone, email, and service management systems; troubleshoots cloud access and basic Azure infrastructure issues; escalates unresolved problems to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams; and tracks service metrics including ticket volume, resolution times, escalation rates, and user satisfaction.

Supports U.S. Navy systems analysis through reliability data collection, validation, modeling, and readiness metric development. Assists with integrating failure and maintenance data, quality assurance, engineering documentation, technical reports, and presentations while learning Navy standards and engineering processes. The role collaborates with engineers, analysts, and customer personnel and requires on-site work in Norco, California.

Conduct full-lifecycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared technical and federal contracting roles. Source candidates through recruiting platforms, screen resumes and applicants, coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and maintain accurate ATS records. Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies while assessing technical skills, security clearance requirements, federal labor categories, and contract qualifications. The role is fully remote and requires strong technical literacy, attention to detail, communication, and independent execution.
