Provides cybersecurity and compliance oversight across RMF Steps 1–6 for Department of Navy cloud environments. Manages ATO requirements, RMF packages, POA&Ms, vulnerability tracking, continuous monitoring, STIG compliance, and security control assessments. Supports SCCA and Zero Trust Mission Landing Zone stacks in Azure Government, including patching, tool sustainment, and compliance reporting. Requires cloud engineering experience, Azure administration, SCAP and Navy eVALUATE expertise, DevSecOps knowledge, Security+ certification, and eligibility for a DoD Top Secret clearance.

Build and maintain automated testing solutions for .NET REST APIs and React applications, with limited Blazor support. Perform user, regression, validation, and functional testing; manage test scripts, configurations, user roles, and test data. Provide Tier II help desk and production support, track defects in JIRA, report testing status, document results, and recommend process improvements within a cross-functional Agile team.

Creates, formats, edits, and maintains technical documentation, including user guides, SOPs, training materials, help manuals, meeting summaries, and visual materials. The role applies templates and style guidelines, manages document repositories and version control, gathers information from subject matter experts, tracks documentation tasks, and reports progress under close supervision.
