Own the full leasing and renewal sales cycle for apartment residents, including showings, applications, lease conversions, renewals, follow-up, and ancillary revenue such as parking, storage, and rentals. Manage a daily AppFolio pipeline, coordinate with leasing and move-in teams, conduct resident check-ins, resolve retention concerns, report performance metrics, and ensure fair housing compliance. The role requires high-volume phone engagement, consistent quota attainment, independent problem-solving, and more than 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Edit short-form paid social ads and long-form property content using supplied footage. Responsibilities include assembling and testing ad variations, improving audio, adding captions, motion graphics, B-roll, music, and sound effects, producing YouTube videos and property walkthroughs, and formatting content for multiple aspect ratios. The editor must work independently, meet daily deadlines, communicate progress, and support related marketing tasks.
