Sources product information, optimizes listings for SEO and conversions, maintains digital assets, validates platform compliance, and supports catalog automation. Collaborates with category, SEO, and creative teams to improve product content quality, metadata, and cross-selling opportunities.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2C customers, generate and qualify leads, follow up with warm and cold prospects, and meet sales and conversion targets. Maintain accurate call records, follow scripts and compliance requirements, handle objections professionally, escalate qualified leads, and share customer feedback with the team. The role requires strong English and Tamil communication, basic computer literacy, and consistent performance in an office-based environment.
