Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance legacy Progress OpenEdge applications using ABL/4GL. Develop APIs that expose existing application capabilities to newer systems, work with REST and JSON integrations, and apply sound software engineering practices. The role requires careful analysis of unfamiliar code, incremental refactoring, regression-risk assessment, clear communication, and alignment with internal stakeholders. Progress database administration, infrastructure administration, business analysis, and help desk support are outside the primary scope.

Coordinate residential real estate closings from title commitment review through funding, disbursement, recording, and post-closing completion. Prepare and verify settlement statements, Closing Disclosures, ALTA statements, payoffs, prorations, taxes, and fees. Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, attorneys, and title teams; verify funds and wire instructions; resolve discrepancies; maintain compliant, accurate, audit-ready files; and escalate title, legal, funding, or compliance issues.
