Manage the Integrated Systems/Low Voltage department including hiring, training, scheduling, budgeting, contract negotiation, proposals, and client relations. Oversee installation, service, code compliance (NFPA/state/local), safety programs, and employee performance to meet department goals and profitability targets.

Manage sprinkler system projects from planning through installation: ensure code compliance, coordinate with sales/design/GCs/subcontractors, schedule work and materials, handle RFIs/change orders, monitor budgets and safety, and support fabrication and installation logistics.

Process weekly payroll for a high-volume, multi-state workforce; verify and reconcile payroll data; handle adjustments, garnishments, off-cycle and supplemental payments; respond to payroll inquiries; maintain confidential records; assist with audits, year-end W-2 activities, system testing, and payroll process improvements while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
