Improve recruiting processes through data and metrics while delivering a strong candidate experience in a fully remote, high-growth technology company.

Leads VRChat’s business development strategy and partnership execution across gaming, entertainment, creators, platforms, hardware, and intellectual property. The role originates, evaluates, negotiates, launches, and manages complex partnerships; develops business cases and scalable commercial frameworks; and coordinates cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations. As a hands-on individual contributor, this leader will build the partnership pipeline, manage strategic relationships, and help establish the long-term business development function.
