Develops new commercial kitchen business by prospecting architects, designers, contractors, restaurant owners, and foodservice professionals. Conducts discovery conversations, creates kitchen layouts and concepts using 2020 Design, prepares proposals and sales materials, manages CRM pipeline activity, and collaborates with design, estimating, sales, and project management teams. Builds long-term client relationships, attends industry events, and converts qualified prospects into commercial kitchen projects.

Lead and modernize accounting operations: month‑end/year‑end close, reconciliations, GL accuracy, financial statements, audit and tax support, internal controls, process improvement, automation/AI adoption, and team training while partnering with leadership to strengthen reporting and scalability.
