Teams at VP Racing Fuels

Performs broad HR functions including full-cycle payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, recruitment support, employee records, performance and compensation programs, employee relations, compliance, and HR projects. Processes payroll data, deductions, transactions, and corrections while advising employees on policies, benefits, employment laws, and leave programs. Supports safety initiatives and maintains confidential personnel information.

Coordinates international export orders, shipping documentation, container loading, freight-forwarder approvals, export classifications, certificates of origin, and customer service. Supports sales order entry, filing, reception coverage, and walk-in customers. Requires international shipping and export-documentation experience, with preferred knowledge of hazardous shipping, DOT guidelines, inventory management, EDI, and office functions.
