The Benefits Manager oversees US and Canada employee benefits, retirement, wellness, and leave programs. Responsibilities include plan administration, vendor management, open enrollment, HRIS data integrity, reporting, compliance with benefits regulations, employee communications, audits, and continuous program improvement. The role partners with HR leadership, payroll, consultants, carriers, and employees to deliver competitive, compliant, and effective benefits programs.

Designs, programs, troubleshoots, and optimizes electrical control systems for manufacturing operations. Develops PLC and HMI programs, electrical schematics, and system documentation; integrates equipment; supports automation upgrades, capital projects, energy optimization, and continuous improvement. Provides technical support, trains operators and technicians, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and researches emerging automation technologies.

Coordinates supply chain activities including material transfers, production planning, inventory reconciliation, shortage reporting, MRP suggestions, order updates, and production documentation. Partners with operations, purchasing, customer service, production control, warehouses, and account managers to maintain material flow, service levels, inventory accuracy, and planning effectiveness. Supports ERP system processes, reporting, continuous improvement, and system implementation testing.

Manages customer-facing product development and manufacturing projects from scope definition through completion. Coordinates cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, schedules, budgets, specifications, and change control. Tracks milestones, risks, issues, and follow-up actions while developing mitigation strategies and maintaining stakeholder alignment. Supports product launches, system implementations, cost-saving initiatives, product refreshes, quotations, and customer business reviews.

Supports quality systems, process capability, root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, inspections, audits, validation, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Partners with manufacturing, laboratory, production, and compounding teams while applying Lean, Six Sigma, statistical methods, GMP, GLP, and ISO requirements. Analyzes quality metrics, develops process controls, supports compliance reviews, and coaches teams on problem-solving and quality improvement methods.

Manages customer orders from receipt through delivery, serves as the primary contact for assigned accounts, communicates order and shipment updates, coordinates with production, quality, and logistics teams, resolves issues, maintains account records, generates reports, supports onboarding, and contributes to customer service process improvements.

Owns and optimizes daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules using customer orders, MRP, forecasts, capacity, equipment, labor, and inventory inputs. Tracks production progress, resolves risks and delays, coordinates with production, materials, quality, and customer service teams, and communicates schedule changes. Analyzes performance data, prepares KPI reports, supports inventory management, develops contingency plans, maintains scheduling documentation, and serves as the site scheduling subject matter expert.

Advises employees and managers on policies, benefits, and employment matters; investigates and resolves workplace issues; administers coaching and discipline; and assists with HR programs and administrative duties. The role requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, employment-law knowledge, and HRIS proficiency.
