Serve as the primary liaison between accounting users, technology teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. Lead requirements gathering, process documentation, user story development, solution reviews, UAT planning and execution, data validation, reconciliation, defect resolution, and business sign-off. Support accounting system implementations, process redesign, data conversion, training, and transformation initiatives while facilitating stakeholder consensus and ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
