Leads end-to-end technical service delivery for assigned client accounts, serving as the primary technical subject matter expert. Coordinates internal teams and vendors, monitors SLA and service performance, resolves risks and delivery issues, drives continuous improvement, and supports client outcomes throughout the engagement lifecycle. Provides technical guidance and training while ensuring solutions meet client needs and contractual commitments.

Supports implementation and administration of the Benefitfocus eExchange Platform for health plan clients. Configures solutions, manages testing, troubleshoots enrollment data exchange issues, facilitates implementation and renewal meetings, and provides consultative customer guidance. Partners with clients, brokers, employers, health plans, operations, HR, and engineering teams to resolve issues, manage projects, maintain enrollment file exchanges, and deliver high-quality service.

Leads and contributes to secure, auditable cloud automation across Azure, AWS, and OCI. Builds Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps CI/CD platforms with policy gates, artifact promotion, secrets management, audit trails, and compliance controls. Conducts infrastructure-as-code governance audits, remediates production risks, and partners with security, compliance, and change-management teams. Manages, mentors, and grows a team of cloud and platform engineers while serving as the technical authority for automation architecture.
