Build and manage broker relationships, develop new business with employers (500–5,000 employees), handle renewals for assigned accounts, and meet sales targets. Requires travel within the territory.

Lead strategic client relationships for assigned enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth, renewals, upsells, and retention.
