Manages corporate treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, payments, banking transactions, reconciliations, investments, financing arrangements, and liquidity management. Prepares financial analyses, reports, projections, and dashboards while supporting monthly close and cross-functional financial processes. The role also improves treasury controls, automates processes, ensures policy compliance, and maintains banking relationships.

Lead zero-to-one product innovation by identifying market opportunities, conducting user research, validating hypotheses, building MVPs, and evaluating initiatives for scale, pivot, or sunset. Partner across engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams while shaping product strategy and championing patient-centric healthcare solutions.

Dispense and check prescriptions, ensure pharmacy compliance, manage near misses and incidents, support inventory and compounding, and help develop pharmacy procedures. The pharmacist will deputize for the Pharmacy Manager, coordinate timely order dispatch, contribute to service development and patient experience, and train pharmacy staff. The role requires professional registration, strong pharmacy operations knowledge, effective communication, and a collaborative approach.
