Teams at Voxie

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for franchise and multi-location customers. Manage concurrent rollouts, project plans, stakeholder relationships, integrations, POS systems, and third-party vendors. Develop SMS strategies, customer journeys, campaign copy, segmentation, automation workflows, KPIs, and compliance processes. Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success while improving onboarding playbooks and ensuring timely handoffs.

Partner with Sales through discovery and demos, design technical integrations (APIs, webhooks, SFTP, Zapier), scope requirements, build demos and enablement content, manage handoffs to Onboarding, and improve sales-to-implementation processes.

Build and own backend integrations connecting Voxie's SMS platform to CRMs, POS, marketing tools, and messaging providers. Design scalable, testable serverless systems on AWS, handle high-throughput messaging, implement reliable API/webhook/SFTP/batch pipelines, and collaborate with sales, partners, and customers to scope and deliver integrations.
