Build data science models, tools, and experimentation frameworks for subscription retention, engagement, lifetime value, personalization, and marketing optimization. Own projects end to end, from problem framing and dataset creation through modeling, deployment, measurement, and business decisions. Design and analyze experiments, develop recommendation systems, and collaborate across product and marketing. The role uses Python, SQL, and cloud data technologies in a hybrid New York City office environment.

Own post-sale client relationships and execute high-volume digital media, podcast, branded content, social, audio, and experiential campaigns. Coordinate internal teams, manage assets and timelines, troubleshoot issues, oversee legal terms and billing actualization, report performance, optimize campaigns, and identify upsell opportunities. Serve as the primary client contact from contract through renewal while protecting revenue and delivery quality.

Produce and edit longform podcast video episodes and platform-native shortform content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts. Manage Descript and Pro Tools workflows, multi-camera assembly, motion graphics, captions, thumbnails, and publishing. Direct host intros, write and edit scripts, mentor freelance editors and designers, and collaborate with editorial, social, and audience teams. Apply strong news judgment and platform expertise to improve content quality, audience engagement, and performance.
