Fixed-term (10 months) Counsel / Senior Counsel to provide day-to-day legal support covering commercial contracts, regulatory market-entry work, trade mark and IP management, and ad hoc corporate matters. Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, supply agreements, MTAs and customer agreements; maintain templates and playbook; liaise with external counsel and provide practical legal guidance across the business.
