Build and operate Voucherify’s automated go-to-market engine, including buying-signal workflows, ICP targeting, data enrichment, CRM synchronization, multi-channel outbound campaigns, and funnel automation. Partner with SDRs, Sales, and Marketing to test messaging, segments, offers, and outreach strategies. Track funnel performance, improve attribution and deliverability, and convert events, campaigns, and account signals into qualified meetings and pipeline.

Own and evolve Voucherify’s visual identity across digital, print, motion, and physical formats. Responsibilities include creating brand guidelines, illustrations, icons, advertising and social assets, web designs and Webflow pages, video and motion content, sales collateral, merchandise, event materials, and print assets. The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership while independently setting visual direction and optimizing creative performance.

Drive the technical sales track: run discovery, design solution architectures, build and lead POCs, present API-first demos, produce RFI/RFP responses, advise on integrations, mitigate technical risks, and support post-sale onboarding for enterprise customers.

Lead and evolve Voucherify's Customer Success organization across EMEA and APAC. Drive strategies for retention, adoption, and account expansion while building a customer-centric culture and influencing cross-functional teams.
