Lead investigations into rejected and flagged identity verifications, triage cases, build prosecutable evidence, surface emerging fraud techniques (synthetic IDs, deepfakes, document forgery), liaise with law enforcement and prosecutors, and translate findings into product detection signals and features.

Lead design, build, and operation of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) using IaC. Own CI/CD, observability, incident response, compliance (SOC 2/ISO/GDPR), security controls, and developer experience. Leverage AI-assisted tooling to automate infrastructure, produce runbooks, and mentor teams to improve reliability and reduce toil.

Manage customer accounts, drive revenue growth, engage with clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic startup environment.
