Lead multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and reporting across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Manage corporate income tax returns and provisions, deferred tax balances, indirect taxes, SAP tax processes, SOPs, and audits. Develop tax policies, train staff, collaborate with finance/IT, and identify automation opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Support design and technical communication for railway fastening systems, create interface and component designs, provide on-site technical support and problem solutions, analyze long-term performance data, prepare technical specifications and bidding documents, manage drawings, test samples and equipment, perform EHS checks, and translate English documents.

Manage import and export administration: plan import processes, prepare customs/shipping documentation, handle import licenses and monetary transactions, control export documentation, monitor and dispatch customer export orders, coordinate air/surface logistics, and ensure compliance with domestic and foreign customs regulations.
