Provide hands-on legal support for European market entry and growth: draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; advise on EU regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR); handle corporate and governance matters for European entities; develop templates and policies; and monitor legal/regulatory developments across multiple European jurisdictions.

Supervise daily customer service operations: coach and develop team members, manage escalations, monitor KPIs, improve processes, maintain knowledge base, perform quality checks, produce reports, and collaborate with internal and international partners to enhance customer experience.

Lead VOSKER's global revenue strategy across B2C and B2B, align Sales, Marketing and Product, scale the commercial organization post-acquisition, drive predictable, profitable growth (hardware and recurring revenue), and monitor key commercial and financial KPIs.
