The BDR will generate new sales opportunities through cold calls and outreach, build relationships with grocery accounts, and collaborate with Territory Account Executives to schedule meetings.

Provide phone, chat, and ticket-based support for grocery stores using an iOS POS. Troubleshoot iPad terminals and peripherals, resolve POS workflows and payment issues, document incidents, escalate complex problems, collaborate with onboarding/installation teams, and relay recurring issues to product and support leadership.

As a Product Engineer, you'll implement AI features, collaborate with teams, prototype workflows, and improve developer processes at Vori.
