Lead commercial and business development for Vopak Japan: identify growth opportunities, manage projects and negotiations, oversee contracts and CRM, mentor a commercial/BD team, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, deliver financial forecasts and market intelligence, and drive strategic transactions and partnerships.

Own a global project to convert technical standards into interactive e-learning using AI. Collaborate with Process Managers and Domain Leads, design and deploy learning tracks in the LMS, and collect participant feedback to improve courses. Internship is 3–6 months, 32–40 hours/week, hybrid in Rotterdam.

Manage financial controls for sustaining and growth capital projects: track, monitor, forecast, and report project costs and accruals; reconcile project cost tools with enterprise accounting; support monthly reporting and stakeholder meetings; advise on cost status, risks, insurance, and tax; develop KPI/risk frameworks and liaise with project managers, procurement, and finance.
