Leads strategy development and inorganic growth for Vopak’s USA and Canada business, including market intelligence, asset sourcing, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, M&A execution, and post-merger integration. The role evaluates bulk liquid terminal infrastructure, tracks commercial performance, prepares investment proposals, and advises executive leadership using market, competitor, customer, and financial analysis.

Leads HR strategy and initiatives across Vopak’s Australian operations, partnering with local, regional, and global leadership. Oversees talent acquisition, development, retention, performance management, succession planning, policy development, compliance, employee engagement, industrial relations, and organizational transformation. Manages relationships with employees, unions, government bodies, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring HR programs support business objectives and local regulations.

Leads quality management system improvements across Vopak’s Netherlands business unit. Responsibilities include managing document control, coordinating internal audits, analyzing quality data, maintaining performance dashboards, advising and coaching teams, and leading cross-functional continuous improvement and standardization projects. The role also provides administrative quality support and ensures integrated SHEQ systems remain compliant, accurate, and continuously improving.
