Manage and support a private banking client portfolio, including account administration, cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders, execution controls, and account openings and closures. Monitor risk and compliance indicators, guide relationship managers on KYC matters, organize client meetings, and assist with investment proposals. The role requires banking experience, knowledge of financial products and markets, strong client service skills, and fluency in English.

Develop and execute APAC marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives, driving client acquisition, engagement, pipeline growth, and retention. Manage localized content, digital channels, social media, client events, conferences, agencies, CRM data, and marketing programs. Use analytics and performance measurement to optimize investments and provide commercial recommendations. Partner with sales, investment, compliance, communications, and marketing teams while representing regional client and market insights.

Leads market risk data aggregation, governance, analytics, methodology, regulatory compliance, and risk infrastructure enhancements. Partners with Front Office, Finance, Technology, regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders. Develops Python and SQL solutions within Snowflake, oversees data quality and reconciliation frameworks, investigates discrepancies, supports FRTB-SA and IRRBB implementation, and drives governance, automation, reporting, and policy improvements.
