Vontobel Benefits Overview

Owns the Digital Meeting and Holistic Advice applications for Vontobel’s Private Clients platform. Responsibilities include product backlog management, requirements and user-story definition, technical analysis, developer collaboration, user acceptance testing, data analysis, documentation, advisor training, and adoption. The role partners with UX, investment platform, and CRM teams to deliver client-facing digital solutions and improve wealth-advisory processes. Several years of business engineering, business analysis, or product ownership experience, banking knowledge, SQL, BI, agile development, and fluent German and English are required.

Create, publish, and optimize high-quality content across global corporate websites using an enterprise CMS. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead small web initiatives, ensure brand and regulatory compliance, and use data to improve user journeys and engagement for diverse audiences including investors and clients.

Manage securities lending trading activities, expand the securities lending programme, support collateral management across derivatives and securities financing, contribute to platform deployment, handle trade support and lifecycle issues, and collaborate with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Operations and Technology to build scalable solutions.
