Teams at Volunteers of America Oregon

Manages VOA Oregon’s annual giving program and a portfolio of 50–75 individual donors and prospects. Develops multichannel appeals, donor acquisition, retention, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. Tracks fundraising activity and performance in Raiser's Edge NXT, analyzes metrics, coordinates donor communications and gift processing, and partners with organizational leaders to increase annual philanthropic support. Requires local travel and maintains high ethical and confidentiality standards.
