Provides clerical, organizational, and administrative support to staff and program activities. Oversees general office operations, mail distribution, office supplies, and special projects. Requires strong organization, multitasking ability, and intermediate computer application skills while supporting a community-services organization.

Develop service plans to help clients achieve stable, permanent housing; monitor clients for up to six months; and advocate and coordinate with community service providers to ensure access to appropriate resources. The role serves at-risk populations, including people experiencing homelessness, veterans, and individuals affected by behavioral health or substance use challenges.

Maintains facility safety and security by monitoring residents, enforcing program policies, protecting personnel and property, and ensuring the facility remains clean, orderly, and operational.
