Provides direct support to adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders in community-based residences. Responsibilities include monitoring residents, supporting daily living, behavior management, crisis counseling, medication oversight, documentation, intake and discharge assistance, group support, household tasks, and maintaining program safety. The role requires client-centered, trauma-informed care and participation in staff training and meetings.

Directs the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program, overseeing staff, case management, housing-focused services, policies, compliance, grant reporting, financial assistance, eligibility determinations, outcome measurement, and community partnerships. The role supervises case managers serving homeless veterans and families, communicates with funders and agencies, and ensures program performance and regulatory compliance.

Manage daily operations of a residential recovery program for women: supervise Recovery Support Specialists, oversee scheduling, intake, EHR documentation, trainings, safety, program census, administrative duties, and support therapeutic milieu.

Provide recovery support navigation and care management for a caseload of clients with mental health and substance-use needs. Conduct assessments, create service plans, coordinate referrals, accompany clients to appointments, perform community-based outreach and maintain documentation to support integrated, wrap-around care.

Supervise clinical staff in a women’s residential substance use disorder program. Responsibilities include individual and group supervision, clinical documentation and chart audits, utilization review, staff training, insurance authorization support, multidisciplinary case coordination, compliance with regulatory and managed-care requirements, program procedure development, stakeholder meetings, and participation in on-call rotation. The supervisor may also maintain a client caseload.

Provide case management to low-income and homeless Veterans and their families: maintain caseloads, create housing plans and budgets, conduct assessments, coordinate referrals with VA and community agencies, assist with benefits and housing applications, perform housing inspections, and document services within a trauma-informed, client-centered framework.

Supervise and support outpatient front-desk staff and daily clinic administrative workflows, manage referrals and scheduling, coordinate with providers, perform community outreach to increase referrals, handle office management tasks, and support quality improvement and reporting.

The Clinical Recovery Specialist supports adults in recovery by providing direct care, overseeing medication, conducting intake/discharge, and ensuring program compliance.
