Provides legal, contract administration, compliance, and records management support to the Senior Vice President of Legal and Compliance. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, managing contract workflows, conducting legal and regulatory research, tracking legal matters and deadlines, coordinating with external parties, and supervising records management staff. The role also supports records retention policies, audits, investigations, compliance training, and handling confidential and privileged information.

Provides administrative and clinical support in a residential facility. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, explaining documentation requirements, completing intake and discharge paperwork, updating client and insurance information, processing payments, preparing correspondence and reports, and supporting patients and treatment staff. Requires strong organization, communication, crisis-management, and Microsoft Office skills. Some travel is required, along with a valid driver’s license and CPR, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and MANDT certifications.

Performs general and grant accounting including reconciliations, financial analysis, budgeting, audit support, grant compliance, ledger coding, credit card administration, dashboard creation in Sage Intacct, and serves as backup across finance functions while supporting Controller.
