Own Voltus’s MISO distributed energy resource portfolio, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and performance optimization. Track evolving market rules, build relationships with MISO, utilities, policymakers, and partners, and translate market changes into business implications. Manage a team, lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations, and onboard new asset types and DER partners.

Own operational success across strategic energy markets, including availability, offers, interval data, performance calculations, enrollments, and deadlines. Deliver revenue-impacting analyses, launch new market programs, advise Product, Engineering, and Sales, automate workflows with Python, investigate incidents, and build durable processes in an ambiguous environment. The role supports market expansion across MISO, PJM, and SPP and may eventually involve mentoring or managing junior analysts.

Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product teams, including intake, outbound sourcing, candidate assessment, interview execution, and offers. Partner strategically with engineering and product leaders to define hiring needs, maintain rigorous standards, build diverse talent pipelines, and evaluate technical and product candidates. Operate autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while advising leadership on hiring strategy and transferable skills.
