Manage end-to-end metering and hardware installation projects, provide technical support for energy reduction strategies, maintain deployed hardware, collaborate on metering solutions, optimize installation processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role also involves hardware commissioning, troubleshooting, data platform integration, contractor management, customer engagement, and Salesforce use.

Owns end-to-end Salesforce administration for the Go-to-Market organization, including configuration, automation, security, integrations, reporting, data quality, release management, governance, and user training. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, evaluates AI and technology improvements, manages the broader GTM tech stack, and maintains system documentation.

Coordinates purchasing, inventory, receiving, replenishment, shipping, freight, international shipments, returns, and order fulfillment for hardware production. Maintains accurate ERP and inventory records, monitors supplier orders and lead times, resolves shipment issues, and supports cross-functional teams. The role combines administrative coordination with hands-on warehouse duties, including pallet jack use and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Process improvement, supplier communication, and adherence to established procedures are also expected.
