Configure, test, validate, integrate, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions for Life Sciences customers. Gather requirements through customer workshops, troubleshoot systems, create project documentation and test scripts, and support commissioning. The role focuses initially on MES while expanding into data historians, analytics, AI tools, integration layers, process scheduling, and product knowledge systems. It includes customer engagement, process improvement, regulated manufacturing practices, and regular travel to customer sites throughout Ireland.

Manage financial administration, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, forecasting, reporting, payroll coordination, and profitability tracking. Oversee systems, vendors, GDPR, compliance, risk management, HR administration, recruitment, training, and company processes. Line-manage two part-time employees, coordinate projects and events, support leadership, and lead AI-tool adoption while ensuring efficient, compliant operations.

Lead people strategy and provide strategic HR leadership across talent acquisition, employee relations, culture and engagement, HR operations and governance. Support organisational change, working with leaders, staff and stakeholders to deliver workforce planning, wellbeing, and HR team leadership during a transition.
